General Question

1What is a MiFi?
It stands for “My Wi-Fi” or “Mobile WiFi”, a personal modem and wireless router in one, portable with small size to take with you so you can stay connected on up to 5 or 10 compatible devices (depend on device type). It gives you a secure, consistent and fast internet connection, while saving a fortune on data roaming fees.
2How many devices can I connect?
You can connect up to 5 or 10 devices to 1 MiFi depend on device type. Please note that the connection speed will be shared among each device connected, so having10 devices connected at the same time could result in noticeable speed slowdown.
3How long does the battery last?
A fully charged battery lasts around 6 - 9 hours for 3G Device and 15 - 20 hours for 4G Devices. The device can be charged via the USB outlet or a wall outlet (both cables included).
4What is the download / upload speed of a Pocket WiFi?
The official speed is around 100 Mbps for 4G MiFi and 21 Mbps for 3G MiFi.
5What is the minimum booking days?
The minimum booking is 3 days. But if you are only traveling less than minimum booking required, you can always inform us regarding your date of return. You will be charged as a minimum booking.

Pick Up & Return

1How far in advance should I book?
To ensure availability, we recommend placing your order at least 3 days prior to travel departure date, especially if you order outside Jakarta & Denpasar – however, you can still place orders closer to your departure date or last-minute order by directly contact us. We also have same day delivery service in Jakarta & Denpasar.
2Where do I pickup and return the MiFi?
Currently we can do delivery in any City in Indonesia. You can ask to pick up and return in your address (Home/Office) or pick up and return at the Airport- all delivery is no extra charge. For now, Airport pick up only available in Jakarta & Denpasar.
3What is required when I collect the package?
Please show your reservation confirmation email to the staff.

Payment

1What payment method accept for booking?
We're accept cashless payment such as Bank transfer, Credit Card, or Internet Banking.
2Do you accept cash or any other forms of payment?
No. Currently we accept payment only through stated above.

Damage & Deposit

1Do you take a deposit?
Yes. We take security deposit Rp 500,000 per device.

And it will be refunded to your credit card within 24-48 hours after your MiFi is returned with normal condition.
2How is a refund credited?
All refund process will be transfered back to your Bank account. Please make sure all Bank information that you input while checkout is the right one.
3How much it charge if I lost the device or the device is damaged while using?
For any lost or damage you will be charged as below:

Managing your Order

1Can I amend my booking information after placing an order?
If you want to change your rental dates, extend the rental period etc. after placing your order, you can of course do so. Just contact us and we’ll make the necessary arrangements.
2How can I cancel my booking?
Our policy give you free cancellation if you cancel before 2 days of your booking date or if the package not deliver yet to the accommodation. If for any reason you need to cancel your booking, you can do so without any penalty and we will proceed the refund credited to your account.

If you cancel during 2 days before the booking date or if the package already deliver to the accommodation you may be charged Rp 50,000.

Fair Usage Policy

1What is Fair Usage Policy (FUP)?
Fair Usage Policies are implemented by Internet Service Providers (ISPs) in order to apply a bandwidth cap to a user when a channel shared by many users becomes overloaded or may already be overloaded. These caps vary by carrier and the terms and implementation of the policies are under the ISP’s control. We recommend avoiding certain things that commonly use large amounts of data: streaming video websites and services, cloud based backup or online storage applications, and applications that send or receive data automatically including backup and update services.

You would not be charged for excessive data usage, but if the provider alert us about an excessive consumption, we will contact you and ask you to limit your usage. If not, they may have to reduce your speed.
