  • JavaMifi 4G connects up to 5 devices at once, and JavaMifi 5G up to 16. Phones, laptops and tablets all join the same WiFi.

  • JavaMifi 4G lasts about 15 to 20 hours on a full charge. JavaMifi 5G lasts about 11 hours on 5G and up to 15 hours on 4G. A charger and universal adaptor come in the box.

  • Both are unlimited. Savvy gives you a daily full-speed quota for maps, chats and social media; after it is used up, the speed drops to 512 Kbps until the quota resets at midnight. Plus is true unlimited: no daily quota, so it suits streaming and video calls.

  • Delivery is free with regular shipping, which takes 3 to 4 working days, so order at least 3 days before you fly. Same-day and next-day delivery are available for an extra fee.

  • Yes. Pick it up at a JavaMifi booth at the airport right after check-in, or collect it at our office in Jakarta. Every location is listed in “Get your device” on this page.

  • Return it with everything that came in the box within 2 days after your last day of use. Drop it off at any Indomaret (Indopaket), book an RPX courier pickup, or hand it in at a JavaMifi booth or office. Late returns cost Rp 50,000 per day. The step-by-step guide is on the Return Device page.

  • No deposit when you pay by credit card. Payments by virtual account or QRIS include a refundable deposit, transferred back to your bank account within 3 working days after we receive the modem in good condition.
